 MeadowCreek Event Center is a great place to hold your next event!

General Information:

We are your contact for the facility. Once you have signed the contract and booked the room(s), the caterer you choose will handle the rest of the planning. Below is a list of preferred caterers you can choose from. You will also need to sign the caterer’s contract and pay any deposits the caterer requires. Your caterer will be in charge of your table configuration, food & beverage needs, linens, set-up, break-down, and other needs.

If you have a different caterer in mind then I will need that caterer to contact me and sign a contract agreeing to work within our needs.

The tables, chairs, glasses, dishware & silverware in the clubhouse are included in the price of the facility. If your event requires additional equipment, you will need to discuss this with your caterer.

There are men’s and women’s locker rooms located downstairs in the Event Center for dressing, etc. It is the responsibility of the client to clean up the locker rooms before the night is over.

Event Center Rental Payment Information:

o Mandatory 25% of the room rental fee is required at time of booking.
o $75-$300 refundable cleaning/damage deposit required at time of booking (price determined depending on number of guests for the event)
o All remaining balances due at least 14 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy:

o Within 60 days of event – a forfeit of 5% of the room rental fee.
o Within 58-8 days of event – a forfeit of 10% of the room rental fee.
o Within 7 days of event – a forfeit of total mandatory deposit.
